Fresh off appearing on the season opener of Celebrity Fear Factor on MTV this past Tuesday, Kodie Shane hits the scene with her single off her debut Album. Titled “Love & Drugz II”. It’s no question this is the follow up everyone has been anticipating from Kodie Shane & Trippie Redd, since 2016’s collaboration “Love & Drugz”.
When it comes to part 2, it’s an Ode to the pressures of being in this industry where of course politics get involved and as a artist they simply want to put music out an express themselves as freely & creatively as possible. With Kodie & Trippie not being traditional with the layout of “Love & Drugz II”, it’s perfect how they combat eachothers verses an follow eachothers melody’s with full execution. Definitely a vibe!

And Trippie Redd having rebuttals like,
“T-R-I-P bitch R-I-P
I cannot answer the phone ’cause I’m gone” it’s clear the two has great chemistry sonically.
Whats expected from Kodie Shane up and coming Album? With this joint leading the wave, I’m pleased to know it will be a whole “Mood” & “Vibe”. Not to mention, earlier in the day, Kodie Shane delivered us a heartfelt message via Soundcloud, titled “Dear You…. a message from Kodie Shane”. With everything on the horizon it’s clear to see her spirits are on the up and up as she shows an proves, while still dealing with the qualms of being an outstanding artist wanting to give her fans a catalog of music an so much more.
